Well-being, good health, fitness and healthy living is a basic need of every human being. Ideal healthy life means the optimal state of well-being that makes you take a strong and dynamic. It is something more than the mere absence of disease; complete and comprehensive wellness includes a high level of physical well-being, mental, social, emotional and spiritual.

We live in a fast paced world where everyone is in a hurry to go somewhere. Every day we read and learn about several cases where the work pressure, stress, erratic lifestyle and irregular eating habits cause serious lifestyle diseases such as obesity, gastrointestinal problems, diseases chronic respiratory, Alzheimer's disease, hypertension, heart problems and diabetes among people worldwide.

Experts in the field of health and management say they have seen a disturbing trend that conditions such as diabetes, cholesterol and hypertension, which were generally observed until a few years ago among people over 40 years, is diagnosed in people as young as 20. In this day diseases, non-communicable or lifestyle that occur because of bad decisions, such as poor diet, lack of exercise, lack of sleep, smoking and alcohol are main cause of death in the world. According to statistics and estimates of the World Health Organization (WHO), more than 16 million people die prematurely each year worldwide due to lifestyle diseases.

General lifestyle diseases are different from other diseases because they are potentially preventable and can be mitigated by changes in diet, lifestyle and environment and with the help of various treatments wellness and alternative medicine system available around you.

Most of us are very aware and understand the reasoning behind a lifestyle and health needs, even if we do not understand the pathological processes that can occur when we do not maintain healthy habits. Despite the understanding that many people have the right knowledge, confidence in the result and the basic skills needed to feel and be comprehensive and holistic well.

However, changes in lifestyle choices are possible and can easily be served with adequate participation and knowledge. All that is needed is to build awareness of therapies and wellness practices in and around you.
