Looking for the best way to lose 20 pounds fast? I lost over 20 pounds in less than a month, so I like to share my weight loss experience with you.

1. Use the methods of natural weight loss.

I personally do not like burners and weight loss pills because they use artificial means to induce rapid weight loss. This is unhealthy and can hurt our bodies. Instead, I prefer to lose weight naturally just by changing my eating habits and lifestyle.

2. Eat the right foods.

Also, I used to drink a glass of water before each meal to suppress appetite. (PS if you want to get fast results, I suggest that you eat more vegetables at every meal.)

Finally, if you eat a lot of healthy foods to 4-6 times a day, you will be able to lose at least 20 pounds in 1 calendar month.
